Our complex has a swimming pool and resident clubhouse for entertaining.  The apartments are cable TV ready, have central heating and air conditioning, dishwasher, disposal and oversized closets.  Selected apartments have patios, balconies and outside storage.  Resident pays electricity.

Application Fee
♦  A $45.00 application fee per person over the age of 18, or $45.00 per married couple, is required.
♦  Your application will not be processed until we receive your application fee, and the fee is non-refundable.
♦  Click the button below to pay application fee by credit card.
♦  Otherwise, payment must be in the form of money order or cashier's check.

An application deposit may be paid to hold an apartment prior to leasing.
♦  Deposit must be paid with a money order at the on-site office.
♦  Once paid, the application deposit is non-refundable unless the applicant is rejected by management.
